The New Year brings a new type of fitness program to the Knoxville area. Barre workouts are a hybrid of yoga, Pilates and ballet, and are included in Shape magazine's list of top 12 fitness trends to watch in 2012. Soon Knoxville will have two choices for anyone wanting to try a class.
