TriHealth hosts boot camp

The TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion, located at 6200 Pfeiffer Road in Montgomery, will host international trainer Leslee Bender July 7-11, for two boot camp workouts and Pilates certification using the Bender method of training. All programs are open to the public.
