Saturday’s walk at Lowdermilk Park in Naples to raise money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis drew more than 250 walkers with the same goal: to create a world without MS. The Lowdermilk Park walk benefiting the National MS Society was one of nine walk sites in Florida.

If you’re tired of the same old crunches, here’s a great exercise for the abdominal muscles that’s quite challenging. As with other Pilates exercises, it will strengthen your core area. This exercise also will build arm muscles, although you can do it without dumbbells if it’s too difficult.
