n Pilates, 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 10-Feb. 14: Pilates has a strong focus on the abdominal muscles to ensure the spine is properly supported. Pilates relieves strain on muscles that are often overused. Participants will be using mats on the floor.
