Overdue: a new Walker Library (Finance and Commerce)

There’s been talk for years of trying to redevelop the Walker Library in the Uptown area of south Minneapolis. The unusual building, at 2880 Hennepin Avenue, evokes the ambiance of a bomb shelter with books: The library is entirely underground.
