What’s going on the week of March 8-14 at the Danvers Community YMCA, 34 Pickering St., which is open weekdays, from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturdays, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sundays, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In my regular life, I’m pretty active. I do Pilates, take a dance class, work out with a trainer and walk almost everyday. So I think I am reasonably fit. But, this week, I’ve given up all those activities to take my place on the couch in front of the TV to watch our amazing Olympic athletes.
