Abs of Steel, Fit for Life, and Latin Dance for Couples are new courses in Ridgefield Continuing Education. Zumba, Line Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates, Stretching, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong are also available. These classes help participants build bone density, strength and balance and meet fitness goals.
