Free classes offer chance to de-stress with Pilates

From next week, a free Pilates class will be offered on Tuesday nights. The hour-class will be lead by certified studio Pilates instructor Peta-Marie Pollock. “We wanted to give the community a free class that's achievable for everybody,” Ms Pollock said.
