Pilates training planned

Armone Sullivan will lead a Pilates instructor certification program for six months, beginning June 11 at her Complete Pilates studio. The course will cover mat, magic circle, spine corrector, Wunda chair, reformer, Cadillac, ladder barrel and Pid-i-ul as well as instruction on working with special populations and group and multilevel classes.
