Taking charge

What do you do to keep fit? In addition to working full-time, pursuing a master’s degree and coaching spinning (mass indoor cycling) and pilates, I take weekly 10km runs at Botanic Gardens. Occasionally, I sign up for a triathlon or cycle outdoors for a change.
