Jolene Swann, 50, was born in Huntingdon, Pa. When she was 13, her family relocated to Staunton when her father was transferred to a job in the area. Swann lives in Staunton with her husband, Philip. They have been married 26 years. He owns the natural gas pipeline company, Swann Construction.
