Police in Freehold and Tinton Falls have filed additional charges against a 19-year-old Fair Haven man arrested earlier this week after police said he sent them on a wild goose chase for an armed second suspect that never existed when he was caught burglarizing a business at the Colts Neck Shopping Center.
