The Area 1 Agency on Aging, in collaboration with local fitness centers, will offer free classes to seniors 55 and up in Pilates, yoga, conditioning, aqua fitness, cycling and more to celebrate May as Older Americans Month.

On Sunday, March 21, bikers geared up for the fifth annual Spin marathon to benefit The Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention.
