Body Conditioning @ Synchronicity

Body Conditioning is a mix of yoga and pilates stretches in a really fun and friendly environment. Drawing from their experience in pilates, yoga and dance, our teachers Rachel and Alexena, lead an all-over conditioning class that will improve flexibility, strength and alignment.
