In this Dave vs Dave competition, Feldy and Ross join Redskins linebacker Lorenzo Alexander to work on their core and flexibility with pilates. What do you do to keep fit? In addition to working full-time, pursuing a master’s degree and coaching spinning (mass indoor cycling) and pilates, I take weekly 10km runs at Botanic Gardens. Occasionally, I sign up for a triathlon or cycle outdoors for a change.
