Strenuous seniors
The class begins with tossing around a fairly heavy medicine ball. There are one-handed tosses, tosses done with one foot in the air, and some while bending at the knees. This is followed by lunges, squats, back bends – and a whole bunch of other strength and balance exercises that last more than an hour.
