Recreation: High-Intensity Training class begins soon

A fitness program that offers cardio, Pilates, weight training, yoga, strength training and boot camp will be held from 8 to 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from Jan. 5 through Feb. 13 at Centennial Farm.
