Fitness instructor Highley brings a ‘pilate’ program to area

PHOENIXVILLE — Deb Highley began teaching aerobics 25 years ago, when she was 18 years old. She was hired by QVC 15 years ago to be a part time Pilates reformer model and she fell in love with the machine.
