Darien Pilates owner wants more people to experience its benefits

Claudia King is a big believer of out with the old and in with the new. But she's hoping the old will stick around, too. As owner of the newly-opened Darien Pilates at 870 Post Road, she takes over a well-known exercise franchise that has existed in town for more than six years.
