Class to try: Piloxing combines Pilates strength training, upper-body kickboxing
Take one part Pilates strength training and one part upper-body kickboxing, and you get a whole new cardio-intense, muscle-building workout called Piloxing. Classes are jampacked with jab-crosses, uppercuts, bounces and jump-to-squats, as well as slower, controlled leg lifts, abdominal toning work and dance-inspired movements.
