Christel MacLean, restaurateur

SARATOGA SPRINGS — Christel MacLean, with her husband Colin, has been well known in the downtown restaurant scene since the early 1990s, when the couple bought Hattie’s. Today, they own Circus Cafe on Broadway, and recently reopened Sperry’s on Caroline Street.
